1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him from the store before the store starts processing the order, the consumer has no right to replace the product after the invoice has been issued.
2- To replace the product, it is required that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used the product or received its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to make sure of its safety and the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping value in case he wants to replace the product and in the international replacement, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company and in case of defects or error, the consumer will be compensated
3- The consumer shall bear the costs of the return process and in the case of international return, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivery of the product to the shipping company and in case of defects or error, the consumer will be compensated
4- The store ensures that some of the products are under manufacturing warranty, however this doesn't include improper use, damage of the shipment by the carrier or logistics, nature accidents, if the consumer used the products out of its major, note that this store has no responsibility in covering the costs and taxes of the returned shipments, moreover; this store has the complete right to decline the consumer's request for any reason the store sees.
5- The return and refund policy shall be considered void if the terms and conditions of this store are violated. It shall also be deemed void in cases of attempts to harm the store’s reputation, use of inappropriate language, or failure to respect the authority of the store and its representatives.
1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, products with a defect or that violated the specifications specified by the consumer are excluded from this, providing inaccurate information by the consumer is NOT under this store's responsibility.
2- If the product consists of tuning devices, decoration products, accessories or parts that have been used.
3- If the product is suspected to corrosion, wear, tear, fragility or safety condition changes.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession or misuse of the consumer.
5- If the contract deals with the provision of installation, removing or programming services.
6- If the contract deals with the purchase of custom made products (Customized orders).
